A systematic process to evaluate and prioritize options for new, lucrative sales markets based on market drivers and the companies situation addressing strategic questions such as:

  • Which new customer segments can we address with our current or a new portfolio?
  • Where do we find untapped revenue potential?
  • Which opportunities are the most commercially attractive for us? Which of the opportunities create the highest added value with the least challenge?
  • Which of these opportunities should we focus on? How do we move from a subjective assessment to more systematic decision-making?
  • Where are the opportunities in the differentiation of positioning?
  • Is an already identified opportunity really attractive for us?
