A systematic process to evaluate and prioritize options for new, lucrative sales markets based on market drivers and the companies situation addressing strategic questions such as:

  • Which new customer segments can we address with our current or a new portfolio?
  • Where do we find untapped revenue potential?
  • Which opportunities are the most commercially attractive for us? Which of the opportunities create the highest added value with the least challenge?
  • Which of these opportunities should we focus on? How do we move from a subjective assessment to more systematic decision-making?
  • Where are the opportunities in the differentiation of positioning?
  • Is an already identified opportunity really attractive for us?

    3-day preparation and 2 days workshop

    Systematic generation of options for new, lucrative business opportunities as well as evaluation and prioritization based on the company's personal strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities.

    2-day workshop with clear 3 phases:

    Market Opportunity Set

    • Definition of existing market opportunities for your company based on your own set of strengths, weaknesses, and resources.
    • Discovery of new use cases and consumer segments.
    • Broadening the perspective beyond industry boundaries.

    Market Attractiveness

    • Systematic evaluation of the developed options based on (revenue) potential and challenges for a deeper understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the options.
    • Evaluation based on sound criteria leads to a less subjective assessment of potential.

    Strategy Focus

    Derived from the assessment Identification of 1 clear focus area, a roadmap for future growth opportunities and options to be neglected.

    In-Scope

    • Preparation and personalization of the workshop based on Phase 1 (Understanding & Scope Alignment).
    • Implementation/facilitation of 2 days strategy workshop
    • Documentation of the workshop
    • Provision of Miro whiteboard functionalities and access for all workshop participants
    • Miro onboarding to use the whiteboard functionalities and detailed onboarding email for all participants
    • Follow-up discussion and handover of all materials
