Highly personalised, relevant post booking communication for Condor customers

Deliver highly personalised, relevant post booking communication to Condor customers while increasing ancillary revenues (seats, meals, inflight entertainment etc.).

The Approach

Consolidate all customer data in SAP BW to feed them into dynamic email templates (provided by Selligent Marketing Cloud). Personalise offering (extras) based on preferences and already booked services and personalise flight specific information (airport information, park&fly, third party provider such as hotels and rent a car) based on origin and destination set.

The Result

Improve all marketing KPIs considerably (opening rates, click through rates) and more important 24% Sales Uplift YoY (year on year) of ancillaries generated by the post booking communication.
