Flavorit, a personalised beverage subscription box

Target consumers across categories within the Coca-Cola portfolio to maximise consumer lifetime value.
Create a direct to consumer approach to leverage insights for the whole system.

The Approach

Exploring consumer needs and define jobs to be done related to beverages. Ideate different solution approaches and finally created a Netflix for beverages.

Create a beverage recommendation engine that matches consumers’ needs, tastes and lifestyles with the full power of the portfolio – enabling Coca-Cola to build 1:1 relationships with consumers and them to seamlessly purchase and consume all the drinks they love.

The Result

flavorit; a prototype of a curated, personalised beverage subscription box that learns from favourite ingredients, buying habits, packaging and occasions. Landing page with ecommerce functionality. Together with IT from Coca-Cola first version of "Advanced Tase Analytics" database and tested supply chain. Validated with real customer interviews and ready to be scaled within the Coca-Cola system.
